Research Assistant (Summer 2023)

I am a curious and motivated individual pursuing a Master's in Industrial Engineering at Dalhousie University. I have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, Gandhinagar, India, and I bring diverse skills and knowledge to my research endeavours. My passion lies in interdisciplinary collaboration in healthcare, and I seek to improve systems that help people plan and access quality care. 

 

My work with the H-COAL Lab involves analysing stroke patient data and determining whether patients should be transferred to an endovascular thrombectomy centre based on the results of my machine-learning application. My goal is to improve the Nova Scotian healthcare system through optimization and process improvement by using my knowledge of industrial engineering.
